Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed their starting line-up for this evening’s pre-season friendly against Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal at Sportplatz Oberbuch.
Masandawana played to a 1-1 draw in their previous clash against German Bundesliga 2 outfit Hertha Berlin with new signing Antonio Van Wyk grabbing the goal for the South African side.

It has been a difficult period of mourning for the club following the tragic passing of highly talented Bafana Bafana midfielder, Jayden Adams.
The 25-year-old’s untimely passing shocked the local and international football fraternity after the player featured at the recently concluded 2026 FIFA World Cup in the Americas, helping South Africa to a historic feat of reaching the knockout stages for the first time.
Adams will be laid to rest tomorrow and Sundowns will be using the match to honour their fallen soldier.
Al-Hilal beat SK Sturm Graz 2-1 in their first friendly and will be hoping for a similar positive result.
