Orlando Pirates striker Evidence Makgopa was left disappointed and reckons they should’ve bag maximum points after a 1-1 draw against Ivorian side Stade d’Abidjan.
Pirates dominated the match from the first whistle and created many chances but failed to take them.

They then took the lead through Makgopa from the penalty spot after Relebohile Mofokeng was brought down in the 18-yard area.
Makgopa had a glorious opportunity after Stade d’Abidjan equalized to restore the lead but couldn’t finish the one-on-one with the keeper.
Speaking with the media after the match, the lanky Bucs man admitted that he was disappointed by the results even though some might say it’s a point away from home, he felt they should’ve gotten maximum points.
“I cannot say it’s a good result,” Makgopa told the media after the match in Abidjan.

“We let ourselves down today. We were supposed to finish clear chances that we had today,” Makgopa said.
