The teams which Orlando Pirates could face in the CAF Confederations Cup have been confirmed.
The Buccaneers qualified as one of the four group winners, picking up 13 points from their six Group B matches. As a consequence the Soweto giants topped their group ahead of Al-Ittihad with 11 points.
The other three group winners of the CAF Confederations Cup are Al Ahly Tripoli, TP Mazembe and RSB Berkane, who will all be seeded alongside Pirates in Tuesday’s draw and be paired with the runners-up.
Meanwhile, Pyramids, Al Masry and Simba are the other second-placed teams, which will go unseeded in the draw. One of these three teams will face the South African side, who cannot be drawn against the runners-up from their own group, in the quarter-final.
Pirates have scored the most goals (15) during the group stages are one of just five teams, who have only lost one game.
