Carling All Stars coach Jose Riveiro says he does not see the match against Carling Knockout Cup champions Magesi FC as an opportunity for revenge.
Magesi eliminated Riveiro’s Orlando Pirates from the Knockout Cup in the first round, going down 3-2 in front of their home fans.

Now Riveiro is meeting Clinton Larsen’s side for bragging rights in the Carling Black Label Cup, with the PSL All Stars side voted for by fans.
The Spaniard admitted that facing Dikwena tṧa meetse is personal, however he is reserving that for when he meets them in the league later this month in Polokwane.
The coach insists Saturday’s game is for the All Stars to showcase their talents, while also entertaining the crowd instead of him getting revenge.
“I think it’s a different thing,” said Riveiro at a press conference.

“It is true that it’s personal, it’s the team that eliminated us from this competition early. We just arrived 45 minutes late in the game it was a difficult day and a strange one.
“I don’t see the opportunity now like kind of a revenge, we are going to have our own [revenge] on the 29th but this Saturday is an opportunity, especially for the guys to offer a good show, understanding that Magesi is a good definition of the word team.
“It’s a tough team to play against. But yeah I’m happy to represent these guys, these boys on Saturday to give them the right space and the right platform to showcase their talent and their skills and specially I think it’s a day to more than anything entertain the people who are going to come to the stadium, follow us perform and that’s the main objective.”
