Goals Galore As 18 Goals Scored In Four DDC Games

Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs shared the spoils in a four-goal thriller at Lucas Moripe Stadium as it rained goals on Saturday.

Chiefs opened the scoring just 15 minutes into the game through Thulani Mabaso. Tshiamo Masisi netted a brace before halftime to give Sundowns a lead.

Right after the second started, Neo Bohloko levelled matters 2-2. Masisi missed a penalty to complete his hattrick – after he hit the crossbar.

Richards Bay striker Ntlonelo Bomelo netted a hat trick in the first half to give the Natal Richboyz a much-needed three points.

This took them inside the top eight and ended their three-match winless run. The loss extended Chilli Boyz’s winless run to 11 matches.

Cape Town City went into the break with a 3-0 lead after Dhakier Lee, Kiyaam Carelse, and Sibulele Mguzulwa scored.

Arrows came back in the last 10 minutes to score two goals to create a fascinating ending to the game. But that was not enough to at least get a point.

Matsatsantsa returned to the winning ways, hammering struggling Magesi FC by 3-1 at the Old Peter Mokaba.

Thabang Makubo was too hot to handle for Magesi as he scored a brace for United.
