Former Chiefs & Pirates Striker Lands New Club

Former Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates striker Bongani Ndulula has officially joined TUT eMalahleni, who play in the SAFA Regional League.

Ndulula is one of the few players in the history of South African football, who played for both Soweto giants, Chiefs and Pirates.

The 34-year-old won four trophies, all with Pirates, including back-to-back league titles.

The former AmaZulu striker has nine Bafana Bafana caps and scored two goals. Overall, he made 99 PSL appearances, scoring 20 goals and setting up five more.

Ndula, who also played for Bloemfontein Celtic, AmaZulu and Chippa United, has been without a professional club since 2017 but has now resurfaced at SAFA level in local football.

The experience of Ndulula will come handy as TUT are aiming for ABC Motsepe League promotional playoffs at the end of the season.

TUT eMalahleni confirmed that they’ve signed Ndulula on voluntary basis. Ndulula will also enroll for a SAFA D Coaching Licence in the coming months.
