Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim refused to be drawn on questions over the continued exile of forward Marcus Rashford from the squad.
United succumbed to their third consecutive defeat in a week on Boxing Day, falling to a 2-0 loss to Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineaux after captain Bruno Fernandes had been sent off in the first half.

The 27-year-old was once again left out of the United squad having last featured in their 2-1 win over Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League after admitting in a bombshell interview that he is “ready for a new challenge”.
The forward, who has netted just four times in 15 Premier League games, has sat out each of the last four games, with Amorim keeping his cards close to his chest when questions around the absent star arose.
“It’s always the same reason it’s going to be,” he told Prime Video, according to Daily Mail, when quizzed about Rashford.

“We have to be the same professionals, the same guys, winning or losing. Losing, I have to be stronger. I will continue with my idea until the end.
“If he’s not here, you can make your mind up, ” Amorim added.
