Tottenham Hotspur have completed their first summer signing since the appointment of Thomas Frank as the club’s new manager with Mathys Tel joining on a six-year deal until 2031.
Tel, 20, joined Spurs on a £8.5m loan fee in February 2025 after struggling for minutes at the Allianz Arena.
The Frenchman made 20 appearances for Spurs in all competitions, scoring three goals and helped them to Europa League glory over Manchester United.
