Orlando Pirates attacker Oswin Appollis says he was not in two minds about joining the Buccaneers when the club approached him as he knew silverware was waiting.
Appollis came off the bench and turned the game on its head by providing two assists for both of Tshepang Moremi’s goals with Tshegofatso Mabasa netting the other as Pirates cruised to a convincing 3-0 win over Stellenbosch FC in the MTN8 final extra-time.

“When Pirates wanted me, I didn’t hesitate because I knew I was gonna win trophies,” he told OP TV.
“And it happened and I’m very happy to be a champion but we have to give credit to the whole team for fighting today.
“And congratulations to the whole Pirates group for being champions today.”
