Bafana Bafana have announced their starting XI to face Angola in the first leg of their CHAN qualifier on Sunday.
With Hugo Broos not involved in competitions like CHAN or the Cosafa Cup, Bafana will once again be led by assistant Helman Mkhalele, who was also in charge as Bafana beat the Comoros Islands over two legs in the previous round.

The final CHAN tournament will take place in Algeria in January 2023 and Bafana Bafana last qualified for this tournament in 2011, when Simon Ngomane led a group of players, made up of amateur players from the national second division, to Sudan.
