This was due to be the sixth edition of the under-19s tournament with sides from South Africa, the Premier League and Indian Super League all participating.
Amakhosi were expected to leave South Africa last week Thursday already but were informed about the postponement of the tournament due to the political rising tensions between India and Pakistan, with growing security and safety fears.
Last year, Stellenbosch FC won the tournament after beating English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in the final.
