Kaizer Chiefs starlet Wandile Duba has asked for patience and promised that he will soon open his account for the senior side.
Duba was one of three Chiefs players to have been called up to the senior side during the recent FIFA World Cup break – the others being Samkelo Zwane and Mdududzi Shabalala.
He has featured in four games so far, but is yet to score for the Glamour Boys at senior level.
In one of his first public statements he has now admitted that he’s still getting used to senior football under Arthur Zwane.
“I’m still getting used to the structure of the team,” he told Chiefs’ media team.
“I’ll score goals.
“It will help if the coaches and supporters are patient with me and I’ll soon produce the goods.”
The Amakhosi are back in action on Sunday when they will host struggling Golden Arrows at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
