Banyana Banyana head coach Dr Desiree Ellis has named her 26-woman squad for a friendly international against Morocco on Tuesday, 2 December 2025.
The coach will use the match as part of her preparations for next year’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) to be staged in Morocco from 17 March–3 April 2026.

South Africa qualified for next year’s continental showpiece after beating DR Congo 1-0 in a second leg qualifier for a 2-1 aggregate win after the first leg ended in a 1-1 stalemate.

The called-up players will join up in Johannesburg on Monday, 24 November 2025, before departing for Morocco on Friday, 28 November 2025.
