Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates midfielder Andile Jali has agreed on terms with Chippa United and he is set to be unveiled Thursday.
Jali has been a free agent since December when he left Moroka Swallows due to financial issues within the club.
The 34-year-old has been without action for the past six months, but his agent Mike Makaab confirmed that Jali opted to continue his career after also considering to hang up his boots.
Jali whose home is in Eastern Cape, Matatiela has agreed on terms with Eastern Cape-based side Chippa United. The Chilli Boyz are expected to unveil AJ as early as Thursday.
With most of the senior players leaving United, Jali is expected to lead the youngsters and guide the team in the right direction.
The Matatiele Express would add a lot when it comes to experience as he has seen it all in the league and won over five league titles with two different teams.
