Orlando Pirates assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi has highlighted on what makes Durban City a dangerous team ahead of their clash this afternoon.
The Buccanners are brimming with confidence after overcoming Chippa United 2-0 in midweek and could see themselves leapfrog Mamelodi Sundowns at the summit of the Betway Premiership.

The PSL rookies on the other hand could only settle for a 0-0 share of the spoils against Richards Bay in their last counter and will be hoping to cause an upset on the high-flying Buccaneers.
Ncikazi issued a warning to his charges to not underestimate City because they are ‘new’ to the elite league and equally emphasized on the importance of coming away with the three points.
“The biggest danger will be to think Durban City is a new team,” he told OP TV.
“The coach is Gavin Hunt; we all know him. We know his traits and how his team reflects on and how he wants his matches to be played.
“The stats are saying Durban City are the one team that is physical, that has fouled the most in terms of the stats. It can only tell you one side which is the physical side.
“But we’re going to Durban. We have to wrestle for the points.
“Last match of the year. Pirates must get points.
“We just want to continue with the momentum although we know it won’t be an easy match.”
