Orlando Pirates defender Olisah Ndah has thanked Buccaneers’ fans for their continuous support after they lifted the Carling Black Label Cup.
Ndah returned to the pitch for the first time since September 2024 and had a great performance in the Carling Black Label Cup, helping the Buccaneers to keep a clean sheet and lift their third trophy.
The Nigerian international is expected to play huge role in the team in the second half of the season after the departure of Mbekezeli Mbokazi to Major League Soccer side Chicago Fire.
Ndah highly praised Pirates supporters and asked them to push the club even more in the second round, with two big trophies still to play for in the Nedbank Cup and Betway Premiership.
“We keep making history every time, I think it’s a norm at the team. We try to win everything and I think that’s the most important thing right now. So thank you, we enjoy our time and celebrate,” Ndah told Pirates media.
“Big thank you to the fans, not only for today, they’ve always been turning up for us, showing us love even when things when we’re not going well and I want to say big thank you to them.
“Thank you for coming out even in the rain. You can see how it’s pouring, thank you for the support. We will continue in the second round with good strength. We need everyone, we need them more.”
