Mamelodi Sundowns will face Royal AM in the semi-finals of the 2021/22 Nedbank Cup after the draw took place on Sunday afternoon.
John Maduka’s side secured their place in a dramatic five-goal thriller at Chatsworth Stadium and was rewarded with a tie against the South African champions.
Sundowns, who won the trophy in 2020, cruised into the last four with a 5-0 win over ABC Motsepe League side Summerfield Dynamos.
Meanwhile, the champions, depending on who you ask, will face off against TTM in a Limpopo derby for a place in the final.
