Coach Nyatama Leads Swallows In Original Soweto Derby

With Dylan Kerr still sorting out his work permit, Swallows will have a new coach on the bench, and one who he hasn’t yet hung up his boots in Musa Nyatama.

Kerr is still waiting for Home Affairs to sort his permit, and Swallows sprung a surprise for their fixture against Orlando Pirates when their teamsheet stated that Nyatama would be Assistant Coach and leading the side.

iDiski Times has gathered that Nyatama will be a player/coach this season, as well as Thela Thela, who will serve as player/goalkeeper coach while last season’s assistant Fani Madida is believed to have left the club after not pitching for pre-season training.

Their opening DStv Premiership fixture, the original Soweto Derby against Pirates kicks off at 3pm at Orlando Stadium,

In the latest edition of iDiski Times you can hear from new Kaizer Chiefs signings Ashley Du Preez, Zitha Kwinika and Dillan Solomons. We also hear from the new bosses from the Soweto giants, with Arthur Zwane outlaying his ambition for Kaizer Chiefs, and Jose Riveiro for Orlando Pirates.
