Polokwane City coach Phuti Mohafe says midfielder Cole Alexander is settling in well at the club since his return to the side last month.
Alexander is in his second stint with Rise and Shine having been with the club between 2014 and 2016.
He spent the last season in Helsingborgs IF in the Swedish league but before the Sweden-move the 34-year-old had been at Kaizer Chiefs where he left amicably, even though he could not see the term of his contract through at Naturena.
Alexander has since played three matches for City in all competitions in 2024, coming off the bench in all those encounters.
Mohafe says the former SuperSport United and Bidvest Wits man is integrating well into the club’s system.
“He is coming in well,” said Mohafe.
“If you can check the minutes that we are giving him, every match is a gradual to him to say we gave you 15 minutes, we are giving you 20.
“Today I think he played moreover plus-minus 20. So he is gradually growing into the team and he is fitting very well into the system.”
