The Premier Soccer League have announced key dates ahead of the 2022/2023 domestic football season.

With most teams now back in the full swing of the preseason, the league has announced key dates ahead of next month’s official resumption
The DStv Premiership will  kick-off on the weekend of 5 August 2022, with the MTN8 Quarterfinals following a weekend later around the 12th of August 2022.
Meanwhile the newly re-branded Motsepe Foundation Championship will only kick-off the following month on the weekend of 2 September 2022
The league will then run until just before the FIFA World Cup, with the last matches played on the weekend of 04 November 2022
with players being released for the World Cup by 14 November.
The PSL also confirmed that the DStv Premiership will conclude on 20 May 2023, with the season-ending Nedbank Cup Final on the
27th of May 2023.
