Richards Bay and Orlando Pirates have announced their starting line-ups for this afternoon’s DStv Premiership clash at King Zwelithini Stadium.
The return of domestic football sees the Natal Richboyz welcome the Buccaneers this afternoon. Bay will have a new face on the bench, with Vusumuzi Vilakazi added as ‘senior coach’ to the technical team, as they look to save the club from relegation.
The KwaZulu-Natal-based side are sitting second from the bottom with nine points after 12 matches. They will look to earn back-to-back wins after beating Cape Town Spurs 1-0 two weeks ago.
On the other side Pirates come into the game with their tails up after beating their arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs by 1-0 just before the international week.
The Bucs will be itching to set the record straight after they were knocked out by Bay, losing on penalties in the Carling Knockout Cup quarter-finals three weeks ago.
These sides have only faced each other on two occasions in the league. Last season Pirates won the corresponding fixture 2-0, while the game at Orlando Stadium ended in a goalless draw.
