Roelf Kotze, Manager of Mbombela Stadium has provided a positive pitch update ahead of Saturday’s MTN8 final.
Orlando Pirates and Stellenbosch FC renew their rivalry once again after doing battle in the same competition last season with the former running out 3-1 victors albeit under controversial circumstances.

Kotze has since given the thumbs up giving assurance that the pitch is ready to dish out great football come Saturday.
“The most important thing of this event is the pitch, and nobody’s asked about the pitch,” he told the media.
“It’s about football. Once you get everybody in the stadium, the first thing people normally do is look at the pitch. Everybody has a comment if it’s good or bad.
“I can assure you; the pitch is great condition. It will showcase the stadium.”
