Swallows & Chiefs Starting XIs Announced

Swallows FC and Kaizer Chiefs have announced their starting line-ups for this evening’s DStv Premiership fixture at Dobsonville Stadium.

It’s a derby in Soweto this evening, as the struggling Dube Birds will try to run away from the relegation zone when they face the Amakhosi.

Swallows recently parted-ways with Dylan Kerr and have dropped to the bottom of the log with just eight points from eight games, Musa Nyatama expected to lead the side coming into this fixture.

Meanwhile, Arthur Zwane’s men could climb up the table from 10th into fifth spot, should they register their win away from home this season.

‪”For now, the focus is on this one against Swallows tonight and then Stellenbosch,” Zwane told the club’s website/

“So far, so good. Things are on track. All we need to do is win the game. If we beat Swallows, it will set the tone going forward.

“It will help the boys to be even more relaxed and hopefully, away to Stellenbosch in Cape Town, we can get maximum points again and then we’ll have a full week to recharge our batteries.”

Chiefs will miss the suspended George Matlou, while Khama Billiat is still sidelines following his injury.
