The former SuperSport United youth players spent two seasons at the club, winning the Nedbank Cup in 2020/2021 when the club still had the Tshakhuma moniker.
He was a key member this season as they once again reached the Nedbank final, however this time they finished as runners-up to Mamelodi Sundowns.
Pirates announced Timm’s signing alongside other new players this week.
Timm sent the message on social media on Tuesday.
I just wanted to express my gratitude to the entire @_Marumogallants nation for granting me the opportunity and a home the past 2 seasons.
I will cherish the experience gained, lessons learned and teachings with me into the future.
