FC Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after he had terminated his contract with Arsenal.
The Gabon International has joined the Catalan giants on Deadline Day after falling out of favour at Arsenal under Mikael Arteta.
Aubameyang had moved the Gunners in 2018 for €65 million but now left Arsenal on a free transfer after terminating his contract with the Premier League side.
“The player will sign a contract until 30 June 2025 with an option to agree departure on 30 June 2023 and his buy out clause will be set at 100 million euros,” Barcelona confirmed.
He’s scored 92 goals in 163 appearances for Arsenal and was named captain of the club in 2019.
