Pitso & Mngqithi Nominated For World’s Best Club Coach
Pitso Mosimane and Manqoba Mngqithi were nominated among the likes of Pep Guardiola and Thomas Tuchel for the IFHHS Men’s World Best Club Coach.
The International Federation of Football History and Statistics are handing out annual awards for the world’s best players and coaches.
Former Bayern Munich coach Hansi Flick won the award last year after securing the treble with the Bavarians before joining the German national team.
IFHHS has now announced a 24-man shortlist, which includes Mosimane and Mngqithi, while the latter’s co-head coach Rulani Mokwena was not listed.
In addition, Liverpool boos Jurgen Klopp was also not among the nominees, which also includes Zinedine Zidane, Antonio Conte, Julian Nagelsmann and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, among others.
