Kaizer Chiefs’ CAF Champions League opponents Simba S.C. experienced a somewhat shocking fixture chaos ahead of their clash with Amakhosi.

“We wanted to play today’s match to increase the morale of the players but it has failed so we are preparing for the next game.
“We received all the information that the game has been moved forward. I apologize to Simba fans and football stakeholders in the country for the inconvenience caused personally I am shocked by that but I believe it will end safely.”
Simba currently sit in first spot of in their league , having collected 61 points from 25 games – four more than second-placed Young Africans, who have played two more matches.
They qualified as leaders from Group A in the CAF Champions League, finishing above Pitso Mosimane’s Al Ahly.
Chiefs, meanwhile, will still face Swallows FC in the DStv Premiership on Wednesday before their preparation for Simba can start.
