Merry Xmas From iDiski’s Editorial Team

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, so the iDiski Times editorial team have shared their Christmas messages with you, our readers, without whom we couldn’t have grown to be an important contributor in the South African football fraternity.

Jason Acar:

Dear football fans, I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I’d like to thank each and every one of you for spending time with us on our various platforms throughout the year. iDiski Media was started with the intention to bring fans closer to their game with entertaining content, as well as accurate and informative football news that adheres to strict journalistic standards. It has been overwhelming seeing the interactions across our platforms this year, and we look forward to bringing you more news and entertainment in 2024.

Nkululeko Nkewu:

Merry Christmas to all iDiski fans. Thanks to everyone for always using our platforms as the main source of football news and entertainment. Take care of yourselves this festive period. Enjoy the remaining days of December. Look ahead to 2024 with immense positivity and a solid plan to conquer the new year. Bafana Bafana will not win the AFCON in a few weeks time but I’m glad to see my country back in Africa’s main football tournament. I hope you are too. Keep well. Enjoy the content from all iDiski platforms. Thanks for being with us always.

Rob Delport:

To all the iDiski Times readers and those in the football family, have a wonderful festive period and be safe over these holidays. I pray for a good 2024 for everyone, especially Bafana Bafana, in fact they can have all my wishes this year!

Velile Mnyandu:

The year 2023, has been a roller-coaster in South African football but together with my colleagues at iDiski Times, we have ensured that you are always the first to be informed on all the happenings in the domestic and continental football in particular. We thank the players, clubs, officials, and media officers in particular, for always availing themselves for interviews, which also helps our readers to be well informed of what is happening in the beautiful game.

I’m particularly happy to be part of a team at iDiski Times, that is changing the narrative about the coverage and growth of women’s football, doing it consistently and genuinely. I trust that the corporate sector will also join in and together we make this fashionable.
We always strive to bring the best and positive coverage in everything we do but equally, we will not shy away from putting spotlight to the shortcomings that are derailing the progress of our beautiful game, when the need arises. Here’s to another exciting football news coverage and insightful interviews for iDiski Times’ weekly publication in 2024. Makwande!

Lethabo Kganyago:

A remarkable year for women’s football especially and your support has made that possible and also elevated some of us to be award winners. I wish our readers safety and good health this festive season and may you remain the air beneath our wings even in 2024.

Sinethemba Makonco:

The gift of love. The gift of peace. The gift of happiness. May all these be yours at Christmas.

David Kappel:

Merry Christmas to all our readers and everyone in South Africa. 2023 has been another incredible year of growth for iDiski Times, but has also been challenging on some many fronts for many of us as well as many of our readers. May you spend Christmas with your loved ones and families, may you use this time to rest, reset and recharge. Please be safe on these roads, do not indulge and drive so that we, together, can battle the challenges that will await us in 2024. PS. The football doesn’t stop, so our football coverage also doesn’t stop. So if you have a minute between Christmas meals and Christmas drinks, do come to visit the website and our social channels, as we keep you up to do date. Finally, thanks to this great editorial team for all the hard work and hours they have been putting in to keep you, our readers entertained and up to date. iDiski Times is still small but has grown in leaps and bounds and it’s an honour to be part of such a knowledge and dedicated team of quality journalists.
