Baroka are through to the Nedbank Cup last 16 after beating Stellenbosch 1-0 on Friday evening. Earlier in the day Summerfield Dynamos became the firstl ABC Motsepe league through after they beat Uthongathi.

Baroka are through to the last 16 after a 1-0 win over Stellenbosch at the Danie Craven Stadium.
It was the home team with the early initiative and Junior Mendieta had two early chances, but Elvis Chipezeze denied the Argentinian on both occasions.
However the match evened out as the half wore on, but neither team were able to find the go-ahead goal by half-time, and it remained goalless.
Stellies new signing Juan Ortiz shot just over in the 66th minute, but it was Baroka who would grab the lead, when in the 72nd, with his first touch of the game having come off the bench, Thami Masiya pounced on a loose pass outside the box and unleashed a shot that beat Sage Stephens.
Uthongathi 0-1 Summerfield Dynamos
Summerfield Dynamos upset Uthongathi with a 1-0 win in all-KZN affair at the Princess Magogo Stadium.
After a pretty even start to the game with Uthongathi just seeing more of the ball, but it was Dynamos who grabbed the lead through Mcedi Vandala in the 24th minute. The former EC Bees player ran onto a good pass from former Maritzburg United star Deolin Mekoa, and left Xolani Ngcobo with no chance.
Vandala’s goal was enough to give Clinton Larsen’s team a 1-0 lead at the half-time break.
The second half saw the GladAfrica team go up a gear, as they sought an equaliser, but Dynamos defence stood fast, with goalkeeper Bongani Masoga pulling off a string of good saves too.
And in the end they were able to hold on for a great win and become the first ABC Motsepe side into the last sixteen.
