New Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has confirmed Molefi Ntseki will be his South African assistant coach.
The 69-year-old has spilled the beans on his local assistant after already revealing that he will bring Cedomir Janevski as his assistant coach from Europe.
However, on Friday evening, Broos told SAFM radio that Molefi Ntseki will also be part of his backroom staff.
“My local assistant coach is the former Bafana Coach, Molefi Ntseki,” he told Thabiso Mosia on SAFM.
“I have met with him twice already and the man is an encyclopedia, he knows all the players here and he’s happy to be assistant again.
“That’s good to me, because I asked him.”
Ntseki had officially been released by SAFA earlier this week, but it seems now that he will return to the national team setup.
SAFA are yet to comment on the news.
