Callies And Mosala Part Ways

GladAfrica Championship rookies Pretoria Callies have announced that they have parted ways with Assistant Coach Sly Mosala.

Mosala has served as assistant to Sammy Troughton for the past two seasons, helping the team win promotion from the ABC Motsepe League last season.

Callies have surprised many this season, and currently find themselves fifth on the GladAfrica league table.

They have also reached the quarter-finals of the Nedbank Cup, where they will play fellow GladAfrica team Cape Town All Stars.

‘’Sly is a good coach with great work ethic and it’s been great having him as part of our technical team since he joined us over two years ago,” Callies’ chairman Moses Malada said in a statement.

“However, we wish him all the best in his career and once more we thank him for granting us the opportunity to work with him.”
