“No special effects, this is the real deal. 11 vs 11, a Soweto derby on the field,” Arne Rust, Black Label Brand Director confirmed during the launch.
“We are giving you the fans, the chance to pick the starting XI.
“We believe in empowering our fans. You start off with choosing your team. You have five game changers, you can choose your formation.
“The next one will be choosing your captain, choosing your leader on the day. The armband is a recognition from the fans who they believe should lead the team.
“The next game changer is, we are allowing fans to choose who will take the first penalty in the game.
“The fourth one is, we are allowing the fans to make a live substitution via twitter votes.
“The last one is, fans choose the Man of the Match. They will pick who is having an absolute champion day.
“Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we will not have fans in the stands. But there is one exception, the Champion Coach, who will be in the dugout.”
