Orlando Pirates co-caretaker coach Fadlu Davids says his team want to beat Mamelodi Sundowns in their DStv Premiership match at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Friday.
Davids is hopeful the team can withstand any challenge they face against the log leaders in a highly anticipated clash in Pretoria.
The Buccaneers’ coach was speaking ahead of the game against the unbeaten log leaders, who last lost a league game in April.
The co-caretaker coach says that fatigue will not be an excuse in a big clash like today’s one.
“Every match we play, we play for three points and no different going away to Loftus,” Davids said ahead of the match.
“We go there to try to win, to try to collect the three points, we have been quite consistent in our performances in the last matches.
“Yes, some fatigue, cramping, but we are confident in the boys. There is no such thing as worrying about fatigue when it comes to a big match like tomorrow, so all ready set to go.”
