Despite a frustrating spell on the sidelines since joining Kaizer Chiefs, Dillan Solomons is now looking past that in order to give his best for the club as the season draws close to an end.
Solomons, 28, joined the Glamour Boys in June 2022 from Moroka Swallows but has made just 53 appearances for the club since across all competitions with a goal and four assists to his name mainly due to his progress halted by injuries.

The Steenberg-born speedster is now eager to look beyond his unfortunate injury past and aid the club in achieving the best possible outcome this term.
“It’s been a difficult one, obviously this season I’ve been hit with a lot of injuries,” Solomons said ahead of the Soweto Derby clash at FNB Stadium this weekend.
“Coming back, just the start of the season with the shoulder and then obviously dealing with a hamstring, but for now I feel healthy, I feel good.
“Good preparation going every week not just going to training and going home. There’s a lot of preparation into keeping my body in good shape and hopefully obviously I want to turn things around for myself.

“Put in the work every day and just and you know I’m healthy, I feel good, I can help the team.
“So, that’s the way I see it. Obviously, I would’ve hoped for a lot more but that’s the way it was put out for me.
“And I can only do with what I’m dealt with.”
