Edition 102 Of iDiski Times Is Out Now

Edition 102 of iDiski Times is out now and available for FREE at participating Shoprite stores.

With this weekend’s Nedbank Cup semi-finals seeing Kaizer Chiefs take on Orlando Pirates, Velile Mnyandu caught up with Chiefs midfielder Siyethemba Sithebe to talk about the game, his teammates and life at Naturena.

William Twala, played for both Chiefs and Pirates, and the winger is back in South Africa after three years abroad. Lethabo Kganyago spoke to Twala about his time in Asia, and about his future.

Sinethemba Makonco brings us an interview with another former Pirates player, Sifiso Myeni, who is now playing for VTM in Botswana. Myeni tells Makonco how he almost joined Chiefs before he started his career at Wits.

Meanwhile, in another exclusive interview, Lethabo spoke to Racing Louisville and Banyana Banyana star Thembi Kgatlana, who is getting fit after sitting out for almost a year.

We also have a feature on Mamelodi Sundowns striker Peter Shalulile, who was recently honoured after scoring his 100th top-flight career goal in South African football.

Our coaching guru Moritz Kossmann is back with another edition of The Drawing Board and this week, Moritz talks about One vs one attacking.

Of course, we also have our weekly contribution from our friends at iDiskiTV, as Junior Khanye, Tso Vilakazi and Nkululeko Nkewu look back at the weekend’s action.

There’s still news about Black Leopards’ relegation, Eric Tinkler’s frustrations with SAFA, the latest rumours, and much more in this week’s edition…

Please note that currently, the iDiski Times newspaper is only available at Shoprite stores in Gauteng. However until our distribution is national, something we are working towards as soon as logistically possible, you can read the free digital edition, released every Friday exclusively on our website.
