Riaan Hanamub says that Chippa United need to work hard if they want to beat TS Galaxy in the DStv Premiership.
The two teams meet at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday, and Chippa are looking for all three points so they can improve on the 13th position.
Chippa are currently one point behind 11th placed Galaxy, and Hanamub says they’ve been working hard this week to nullify Galaxy’s strengths.
“TS Galaxy is a very good team, a hard running team, they use the wide spaces, they explot their wide spaces,” Hanamub told Chippa media.
“The wingers and the fullbacks push up real high, bringing crosses and we’ve been training to deal with the wingers that they will bring and I’m definitely positive that we’ll get the maximum points.”
Hanamub adds that just because it’s a home game, it doesn’t mean they are guaranteed the points, so they need to make sure they put the effort in.
“You know, playing at home doesn’t gaurantee you three points. Even though you’re playing at home, you need to work hard.”
“You need to grind and you need to fight for the three points, like it’s your last game. I know it’s an advantage to play at home, but that shouldn’t take our focus away from the three points, and let us be reluctant you know.”
“So we’re gonna play with all that we have, fight with everything that we have to make sure that we get the three points.”
