Ndlovu Edging Closer On Gallants Move

Former Maritzburg United goalkeeper King Ndlovu is on the verge of returning to Marumo Gallants.

The 30-year-old recently left the Team of Choice after their relegation to the Motsepe Foundation Championship via the play-offs.

During his time at Maritzburg, he made 16 appearances in all competitions and conceded 19 goals.

The former Black Leopards number one has been training with Gallants ahead of the upcoming Motsepe Foundation Championship season and this publication understands it’s now just a matter of him signing the contract.

Ndlovu is not new to the environment having played for Bahlabane Ba Ntwa in the 2021/22 season, making 12 appearances in all competitions and conceding six goals.

Gallants will aim to rebuild their squad after losing a lot of players in the transfer window including their key stars such as Ranga Chivaviro, Washington Arubi, Lesiba Nku, Katelgo Otladisa, Celimpilo Ngema and Ishmael Toure – as they look to fight for promotion.
