Maritzburg United have secured the signing of Zambia international striker Friday Samu from Green Buffaloes as they look to bolster their attacking options.
Following the departures of Bongokuhle Hlongwane and Jose Ali Meza, the relegation-threatened side has turned to an experienced campaigner of the Zambia Super League.
The 26-year-old has close to a decade of experience in professional football and featured for the senior Chipolopolo side as well as the CAF Confederation Cup.
It’s believed the towering striker, who’s netted 14 goals at the halfway mark of the season has signed a two-year deal with the DStv Premiership outfit.
