Pitso Mosimane has praised two Kaizer Chiefs players for the quality they bring to Amakhosi.
The Al Ahly coach has surprised many by bringing former Mamelodi Sundowns player Percy Tau from Brighton & Hove Albion to Egypt.
He is currently on a short break in South Africa after the Egyptian Premier League got finished.
Mosimane is seemingly still following South African football and found kind words for his former players Khama Billiat and Keagan Dolly, who both made a good impression at the start of the new campaign.
“There is a goal that Khama scored that was delivered by Keagan. When you have those two, there are goals,” he said on Soccerzone.
“You don’t coach them, they’ve got quality. Just get them fit and get them on the pitch and allow them to dance. Those players dance.
“It’s brilliance, it’s quality, they have the ability.”
Mosimane also spoke about both players missing several chances, but insisted they need to be trusted instead of criticised.
“With me Khama missed so much it’s not funny, Percy missed so much it’s not funny. But don’t focus on the miss. Because they will score other goals. They will miss, they will score.
“You know how many baskets Michael Jordan has missed as a basketball player? You still saw more the dance he made or the basket he made.
“If you miss one or two, you learn from that. You say ‘how did I miss’, then you can score.”
