Royal AM suffered a blow in their court battle on Friday night after Gauteng High Court Deputy Judge Roland Sutherland dismissed their latest application for leave to appeal.
As a consequence, Sekhukhune should remain GladAfrica Championship winners and qualify directly for next season’s DStv Premiership, while Royal AM should be heading to the playoffs.
However, Royal AM are still not giving up and claim they will appeal the decision.Â
