Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the exit of senior performance analyst Goolam Valodia after 15 years at the club.
Valodia has had a great career at Sundowns winning 10 league titles, the CAF Champions League, the CAF Super Cup, three Nedbank Cups, the Telkom Knockout, and the MTN8 trophy.
He served the Yellow Nation with flying colours, as he often would travel before the club travels for the CAFCL games to analyse the surroundings and to make sure Sundowns get the best training pitches and facilities to stay in.
Following long negotiations between Goolam and Sundowns regarding a settlement, they finally came to agreement and the club announced his exit ending a 15-years service at the club.
“After 15 years of service, Mamelodi Sundowns is parting ways with Senior Performance Analyst, Goolam “GV” Valodia,” the club stated on Sunday.
“The entire Yellow Nation wishes you the best of luck with your future endeavours!”
