Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) maintained their second position on the log with a 3-0 win over Tsunami Queens in Bethlehem.
The Red Army now have 58 points in 27 matches while the Queens remain at the bottom of the log with only nine points in 28 games.
University of Western Cape (UWC) kept the pressure on their varsity rivals with a 2-0 win away at Richmond United. UWC remain in third spot on the table, two points from TUT with a game in hand while United remained in seventh place on the log with 44 points in 27 encounters.
In Johannesburg, JVW Girls defeated Coal City Wizards 2-0 to keep their fourth place on the standings with 54 points in 26 games. The Mpumalanga-based outfit dropped to 13 th position with 23 points from the same amount of games.
