Philani Zulu says the hard work and effort put in by the Kaizer Chiefs team is starting to pay off now.
Chiefs are up to seventh on the DStv Premiership table after three consecutive wins, following their poor start to the league season.
Zulu says the victories over AmaZulu, Cape Town City and TTM have given the team more confidence going forward.
“Winning all three games in a row really feels good, I mean looking at how we started off the season compared to now,” Zulu told Chiefs media.
“It’s much of a big difference, we were on the bottom of the log, in the relegation zone, and winning just three games we’ve moved up the table.”
“It just goes to show the hard work and effort put in by the whole team. It really paid off very well.”
“We are looking forward to carrying on with the momentum and winning as much games as we can.”
Chiefs are away to Stellenbosch on Saturday, the game scheduled for 5pm at the Danie Craven Stadium.
