The University of Pretoria and Baroka have confirmed their places in the playoffs for the Motsepe Foundation Championship, while NB La Masia have been relegated.
This was confirmed after the final round of fixtures on Sunday, as eight games were played simultaneously across the country.
While the positions shifted throughout the day, when the final whistles blew across the country, the teams in second and third finished in the same positions as when things kicked off.
Tuks and Baroka drew 1-1 and went through in second and third respectively.
Maritzburg put in a big effort on the final day, beating fellow playoff hopefuls JDR Stars 2-1, but needed Baroka to lose. The Team of Choice finished in fourth position.
La Masia were sitting in the relegation spot going into this round, and their fate was sealed when Black Leopards grabbed two late goals in their fixture. Platinum City Rovers had already been relegated.
