Orlando Pirates left-wing-back Deon Hotto has opened up on his partnership with winger Relebohile Mofokeng after the MTN 8 second leg semi-final against Cape Town City in Orlando.
The two have been working the line on the left, with the 19 year old playing in front of the Namibian in the two legged fixture which Pirates won 3-1 on aggregate and they both scored in each leg.
Talking after his Man of the Match performance after the 2-0 win over City in the second leg, Hotto complimented Mofokeng for his talent and being a fast learner, adding that the two understand each other well which has made things easier for Hotto in games.
“He’s an amazing talent you know,” said Hotto on SABC TV.
“Me and him we actually understand each other. We click and it’s all about understanding each other in the game because he’s a boy who learns very fast and I’m grateful that he’s actually playing in front of me.
“He makes the game actually easier for me. When he tacks in I actually get that opportunity so I’m grateful to have talent like him.”
