Official: MTN8 Quarter-Finals Confirmed

The 2023/24 MTN8 quarter-final fixtures were confirmed after the final DStv Premiership games of the season were played on Saturday.

Mamelodi Sundowns had already secured top spot, and Masandawana will face Swallows, who sneaked into the top eight following a brilliant run in the end of the season, winning their last four games, including a 2-0 over Marumo Gallants on Saturday.

Orlando Pirates secured second place and CAF Champions League football with a rousing 4-0 win at AmaZulu. They will have a home quarter-final against Sekhukhune United, who finished in seventh spot after beating SuperSport United 1-0 on the final day of the season.

Meanwhile, Matsatsantsa finished in third place and will take on Stellenbosch FC. The latter beat TS Galaxy 2-1 on the final day to book their top eight spot.

Last but not least, Cape Town City leapfrogged Kaizer Chiefs to fourth position after beating them 1-0 at FNB Stadium, meaning they will host Amakhosi at home in the MTN8 quarters.
