Orlando Pirates have announced positive team news ahead of their Nedbank Cup clash against Marumo Gallants.
The Buccaneers will travel to Polokwane for their Wednesday clash, looking to bounce back from their Soweto Derby defeat to Kaizer Chiefs.
Pirates will be keen for a positive result in the Nedbank Cup and hope to keep their trophy hopes alive after falling off the pace in the title race.
They had some good news on the injury front, with Happy Jele returning now being fully ready for selection, while Goodman Mosele will also be available after his suspension in the derby.
“Club Captain Happy Jele is also among those who could return to the starting XI on Wednesday after featuring on the bench during the last two outings,” they stated on their website.
“Pirates have [also] been boosted by the availability of in-form midfielder Goodman Mosele, who missed the weekend’s Soweto Derby through suspension, but will be in contention for a spot against Gallants.”
The latter enter the game full of confidence after winning their last four games in all competitions.
The match will kick off at 18:00 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Wednesday.
