Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Cassius Mailula scored in back-to-back games, as Wydad Atletic Club finished the season with three wins.
Mailula netted his side’s second goal in a 2-0 win over Renaissance Zemamra after Mohamed Rayhi had given the side an early lead.
It was the third successive win for Wydad since Rulani Mokwena requested special leave before ultimately departing from the Moroccan giants.
Mokwena was given a special farewell before kick-off, when he was presented to the fans accompanied by president Hicham Ait Menna.
Meanwhile, Mailula scored his fifth goal of the Botola Pro Inwi, ending 2024/25 with 12 goal involvement after also having collected seven assists.
Wydad finish the season in third place with 54 points, three behind second-placed AS FAR who beat Hassania d’Agadir 3-0.
Champions RS Berkane ended on 70 points after defeating MAS de Fes 3-1 on the final day of the season.
