Former Kaizer Chiefs winger Tsiki Ntsabeleng has secured an exciting move to Major League Soccer with FC Dallas in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft.
The 23-year-old who featured in the club’s MultiChoice Diski Challenge side and turned out for the University of Johannesburg (UJ) in the Varsity Football tournament has made huge strides since leaving South Africa.
His performances with Coastal Carolina and later Oregon State University attracted the attention of both Dallas and New York City FC.
However, Dallas secured the No. 28 pick in the first round draft via a trade which saw NY FC secure $50,000 R769 128 in allocation money in return, as per the MLS official website.
Ntsabeleng was also part of the famed Stars of Africa Football Academy run by Farouk Khan before his stint in the Amakhosi youth structures.
He now joins fellow South African talents Kamohelo Mokotjo (FC Cincinnati) and Bongokuhle Hlongwane (Minessota United) in the league.
