Cape Town City left-back Sifiso Ngobeni has given praise to his former coach Rulani Mokwena saying the MC Alger mentor is good at his job because that’s all the coach thinks about.
The 28-year-old worked with Mokwena when he was at Mamelodi Sundowns in the player’s three season stay.

Mokwena has since joined Algerian Ligue 1 side Alger who are sitting in first position on the log who are also in contention to qualify for the knockout phase of the CAF Champions League, sitting in third position in Group C with four points, four adrift of leaders Al Hilal.
Ngobeni told iDiski Times Editor Rob Delport that he is not surprised to see how well Mokwena is doing in Algeria and glad to see the latter get some recognition outside the country.
“For me, he’s one of the best coaches in SA currently,” Ngobeni told iDiski Times.
“You know, he’s a good! Coach Rulani is on another level. Like, I think, yoh, Coach Rulani eats football. He sleeps football. He doesn’t even sleep! There’s sometimes where you could see that he’s tired, but he’s there, like yoh. He loves football with all his heart.
“And I think that’s why God now is rewarding him, even in Algeria, you can see, you know. So it’s good that people from outside are appreciating him more than people from SA. But he’s a good coach. Good, good, good, good coach.”
